We are seeking a motivated Creative Project Manager to join our growing team. They will be responsible for managing and supporting the creative team's workflow and ensuring that all project elements are delivered at the highest quality and on time. The Corporate Marketing team works on a variety of creative internal and external projects spanning across various channels including print, digital and video.

Track all incoming project requests and in-progress projects daily
Constant communication with internal team members to ensure the appropriate information is relayed between teams
Collaborate closely with the team and Creative Director to ensure seamless workflow
Create and monitor timelines ensuring deadlines are met
Produce weekly job report and run weekly team status meetings
Work with outside vendors to gather specifications, pricing, schedules and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
Participate in video planning and assist with scheduling local and national video shoots
Attend video shoots as needed
Excellent project management and planning skills

Ability to travel as needed
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
