The Role

As a Creative Production Artist, you will be responsible for designing and repurposing artwork to meet the requests from our marketing team. You will ensure consistency as you design for packaging, labels, and marketing initiatives. The candidate for this position should be familiar with various print methods, and be eager to learn about new capabilities and possibilities in this ever-changing market.You will work closely with the Creative Production Manager, making the highest-quality designs for displays, international point-of-purchase, packaging, and other marketing initiatives — presenting visual concepts and ideas in an organized, compelling, and effective manner. You will regularly partner with Art Directors from our Brand Innovation team, and must be able to take direction well, to ensure designs and layouts consistently align with the established brand and campaign guidelines.

Note: This position will be located at our Louisville, KY Creative Studio four days per week, with a work from home day on Fridays.

What We Need From You

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative suite design applications. Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Collaborate with stakeholders, executives and department heads to develop and execute designs for various projects for both digital and print materials
• Ensure that all designs meet brand standards and are in line with project requirements
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Manage and maintain creative production asset files and folders
• Prep, optimize, organize, and share a high-volume of creative and marketing assets
• Leverage existing brand guidelines to assemble requested assets that meet brand standards
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that creative resources are properly utilized and acting as a cohesive team
• Prepare files for printing, correction and final file preparation 
• Assist with photo retouching when needed
• Problem solve autonomously and escalate when necessary
• Adapt to changing timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Skilled in working under pressure and delivering results within tight deadlines

• Creative design experience
• Excellent project planning and scoping skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize critical assignments
• History of effectively driving results in a dynamic, fluid environment with a high degree of  change and comfort with ambiguity
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
