Creative Producer / Project Manager

We are seeking a versatile Creative Producer / Project Manager to join our Creative Services team within our Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing creative projects from concept to execution while managing project timelines and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management combined with a creative mindset and excellent communication skills.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced group, seeking someone comfortable managing multiple large projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be equal parts left-brained and right-brained and be just as comfortable working through revisions with a graphic designer as they are meeting with engineers to help translate general ideas into high-quality creative deliverables.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.

• 7-10 years' experience in creative project management, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (preferably Monday.com). Experience building out efficient processes using project management software.

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with video production and photography production.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus, but not required.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and (occasionally) budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, managing expectations and providing regular project updates and status reports.

• Ensure all work is accurate and adheres to established brand guidelines.

• Coordinate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure efficient project workflow and delivery.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting creativity, accountability, and excellence in project delivery.

• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes and areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned to enhance future project execution.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management and creative production, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
