Seeking Creative Producers with a passion for and experience in live action, motion graphics, animation, VFX and post production for contract or potential full time work with a busy, creative video production team. Must have a talent for drawing out a story and helping craft or direct its production. Experience managing other Producers / Associate Producers preferred.

The Creative Producer is to work directly with the clients, production artists and a Creative Director, Director or other Producers to help manage individual projects from concept to delivery. Must be knowledgeable in all facets of the production process, possess technical knowledge including: motion graphics production process, visual effects production process, off-line and on-line editorial processes, and basic audio production knowledge.

Need excellent communication skills, ability to interact with production staff and creative artists to successfully navigate any given job. Know how to work directly with designers, editors, creative directors, executive producers, and outside vendors to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met to client specification.

Please have 5+ years experience in production, live locally, and be able to provide references. We require a demo reel or link to a portfolio of your video work.

ABOUT OUR OPENING Principle Creative Producer: We are looking for a Sr. Creative Producer to join the Brand Experience team. This role serves as a hands-on project manager for campaigns, global events and digital experiences, as well as special strategic assignments. The Creative Producer is skilled in timelines, creating and tracking a high quantity of marketing content and providing analysis about the success of projects. The Creative Producer provides ownership and accountability and sees projects through completion. The ability to manage multiple working and communication styles is key. Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to offer unique creative solutions, manage/negotiate the expectations of your team and your business partners, drive high levels of design performance in a high-velocity/high-volume work environment, and stay in active communication with the creative teams, business partners, and external design partners . CORE RESPONSIBLITIES: * Build processes to identify and remove blockers to enable great design. * Resource management including resource allocation based on content slates and upcoming work. * Establishes strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities. * Sets expectations with design teams and business partners teams and handles prioritization for all work that comes through creative team. * Facilitates project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/partner reviews, etc.,), communicating action steps ensuring all stakeholders have up to date, day to day reports and project milestones. * Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous. * Continually work to optimize process and workflow. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience as a Creative Producer in a digital design or marketing/advertising industry or similar role. * Strong experience with all forms of digital marketing, including mobile, web, and social * Prior experience managing global campaign and events * Experience with product development process including communications with engineering/development teams * Tech savy, should be able to master Oracle tools quickly. * Self-starting, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and has the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. * Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Marketing, Product, Creative and partners. * Proven ability to use data and metrics to measure the performance of design efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams. * Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Team player with refined leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy. * Have relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo). * Must have previous experience working with design, advertising and/or marketing teams. * Strong excel skills and experience working with project management software required As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process, after a conditional offer has been extended.
