The Creative Operations Lead role is responsible for supporting the co-leads of the agency from a resourcing perspective. They have strong organizational skills, are decisive within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and use consistent discretion and good judgment. The role will partner with department leads to ensure that projects are properly staffed throughout the duration of the work. The role will oversee multiple departments including Creative, Design, Strategy and Technology and be responsible for approximately 90 employees across said departments.
Partner with Project Management to maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and campaigns.
Serve as a primary point of contact for resource needs and keep the co-leads abreast of specific requests and changes.
Review and communicate project requests by setting up meetings and partnering with co-leads to assign appropriate resources based on project scope.
Ensure that departments under purview are fully utilized and that conflicts of priority across projects are resolved and/or escalated.
Monitor and manage multiple project work-flows with respect to resources/schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs or requirements by working closely with account and/or project leads.
Identify potential new hires and escalate to the operations/finance team to figure out any next steps.
Work with Director, Client Operations to ensure that resource requests are documented in a consistent way, and the data is accessible from a larger reporting standpoint.
Alert co-leads of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing.
Manage trade-offs effectively among schedule, scope, and budget on projects with respect to available resources.
2-5 years of experience in a resource management role in a creative agency environment.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Proven ability to work independently an in a team-oriented matrix environment
Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
Excellent computer skills with a high proficiency in Word and Excel
Familiarity with project & resource management tools a plus
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated task and relationship management skills
Results-oriented and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
