Creative Marketing Project Manager

Partner as "right hand" of Creative Director. Support activation of the Honeywell brand through management of brand standards and efficient coordination/execution of creative projects.
Take creative ownership of assigned initiatives
Create and ensure delivery of consistent assets that support the strategic goals and brand
Manage creative projects. Coordinate resources across multiple initiatives
Continually improve scale, increase efficiencies and bolster productivity
Leverage/enforce creative development process. Document/share best practices
Advocate for re-use and cross-SBG integration
Communicate clearly across projects and people
Identify, optimize and communicate internal processes for the best results
Management of outside resources
Work with AOR, maintaining day-to-day processes, and coordinating activities
Monitor efficacy through ongoing metrics
Champion enterprise-wide brand consistency. Support governance towards brand compliance.
"Own" brand portal. Update, maintain, provide access to stakeholders. Act as entry point for questions
Work with Businesses and other stakeholders to maintain and communicate brand standards

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong project management skills. Experience managing multiple
Strong communication and presentation skills
Both corporate and agency leadership experience a plus.
Excellent business writing and editing skills
Strong influencing skills. Ability to operate collaboratively in a matrixed environment
