REPORTS TO: Advertising Director

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Image: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy and are consistent with Massey's culture, philosophy and mission.

• Creative Development: Provide creative development for a variety of materials for both traditional and digital marketing.

• Massey Brand: Develop and manage Massey brand guidelines .

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Creative Development

• Provide creative development for a variety of Marketing programs, such as statement stuffers, digital ads, community ads, logo help and sponsorships.

• Manage all deadlines and provide expectations to Marketing Managers and Digital Managers for program development.

• Collaborate with Marketing team on specific initiatives, including special events such as awards banquet, manager meeting and special sales events.

• Provide creative support for newly acquired companies .

Massey Brand

Develop and oversee brand guidelines for Massey; present and communicate to leadership team as well as agency.

• Provide creative development and assistance to external Marketing team (Operations and other Corporate Departments) to ensure both internal and external communications meet brand guidelines.

• Develop and oversee required photoshoots to meet Massey brand requirements.

• Assist in the development of new CRM (Salesforce) to ensure customer facing materials meet brand guidelines.

Miscellaneous

• Works closely with Traditional and Digital marketing teams to ensure programs are on time and remain consistent with Massey brand.

• Work closely with CRM implementation team on development and execution from a branding standpoint.

• Set an excellent example and professional image to all Company personnel and to the public.

• Assist in the development and execution of field marketing support programs.

• Assist with other duties, as assigned.

GUIDELINES TO EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

• Meet with the Advertising Director on an ongoing basis to discuss new projects or opportunities and challenges. Provide solutions to challenges and exploit opportunities in a reasonable and affirmative manner.

• Meet with the Advertising Director weekly to review the status of all current and projected activities to ensure that schedules are being adhered to and deadlines respected.

• Maintain close and regular contact with Marketing Managers and other agencies regarding marketing challenges and opportunities.
