Job Description

Moxie is looking for a talented creative leader. Somebody who isn't afraid of taking risk on their way to creating world class creative work. Somebody who knows the difference between traditional advertising and the industry's future. Somebody looking to make a name for themselves and the agency where they work.

The Creative Director role is a go-to creative hero who will be leading teams, developing big ideas across several marque accounts, and instrumental to new business. You'll manage clients, creative teams, and partner closely with key leaders from other disciplines. You'll be responsible for relentlessly elevating the creative quality on all work that passes by your desk while inspiring, motivating, and encouraging the talented creative team around you. From broadcast to social to digital experiences, you'll be championing the big idea and ensuring creative integrity every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong, award winning portfolio that showcases memorable creative across media

  • 7+ years at agency environments

  • Experience managing creative teams

  • Demonstrate creative success on wide range of client work

  • No ego. Collaborates easily and often. Displays good judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm.

  • Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction

  • Master of Adobe Software

VIEW JOBS 3/13/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-11T00:00 This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Management and Customer Experience for Global Consumer Solutions (GCS), the direct-to-consumer business within Equifax, a global leader in information solutions and services. At the heart of Equifax's consumer business is its suite of identity protection and credit monitoring products which help individuals protect their identity, understand their credit, and maximize their overall financial well-being. Products are sold via Equifax.com, and marketing efforts fuel visits and revenue via advertising, public relations, social media, CRM initiatives, and partner channels. There is a heavy emphasis towards defining and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The Creative Director will translate the initiatives from the Consumer Experience (CX) Strategy team into design concepts. Along the way, s/he will foster discussions, inspire and nurture ideas, formulate a creative vision and provide visual and creative direction. As the leader of the creative team, s/he is also responsible for maintaining creative excellence and team productivity, while balancing budget, project timelines and agency relationships. You'll manage an in-house and agency team including UX and Visual Designers. Responsibilities include: * Lead creative design efforts * Co-lead our Agency relationships * Lead, teach, mentor members of the creative department * Attend internal meetings for presenting creative concepts * Inform the creative brief to give effective direction to internal and external creative teams * Create drawings, sketches and renderings to convey new designs and ideas to product, marketing, management and technology for review * Ensure creative is executed within agreed strategy, deadlines, and budget; review final output for creative quality, including copy, development and design * Manage multiple project schedules, designers and design strategies * Build capability including improving our design process, tools, etc. * Develop and promote our design philosophy and thought leadership and teams * Coordinate activities between businesses to better facilitate new product development, and work closely our global, cross-functional teams * Convey the "story" of how concepts were developed and create pitches for product/collection ideas with storyboards, trend/mood boards, drawings, sketches, and high-quality renderings or animations * Maintain relationship with corporate marketing and brand to ensure GCS is on-brand and on-strategy with overall corporate initiatives Qualifications * Demonstrate creative success on wide range of digital client work * 10 + years of diverse marketing experience, including in creative direction, branding, digital marketing leadership, and/or art direction with heavy emphasis on concept/copy development in an agency or corporate environment. 50+% on corporate side; software company experience a plus * 7 + years leading a team of marketing professionals. Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing, digital and creative teams to elevate their creative impact * Ability to think strategically and analytically, and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
