Echodyne is seeking to add senior-level creative talent to lead the company's brand, campaign, and events execution across all segments and geographies. The company's products are leaders in their respective categories, and we are looking for a new team member to manage and ensure consistent and unique creative execution across all physical and digital channels. Our products are integrated into intelligent machines and autonomous systems that creates a large library of assets to be used across segments and campaigns. This role will organize, maintain, and grow a media assets library for company use. You will learn from, and adapt to, unique needs from your marketing teammates and collaborate to deliver creative executions that capture attention and deliver results. You will also work with product and program management colleagues on product design projects that ensure brand consistency. As an early contributor on a multiple products/multiple markets team, the successful candidate will help form the core of a high growth marketing team and elevate their career.


  • Drive projects independently, managing all phases of creative development from concept to completion, and developing and executing creative concepts that demonstrate vision, meet business/marketing objectives, and support the overall brand and creative strategies.

  • Manage the brand and coach others as to when and where to apply brand standards.

  • Oversee and directly contribute to the creation and use of art, photos, and layout for marketing projects: internal and external templates, presentations, collateral, content, large format trade show and event graphics and support materials, branded merchandise, etc.

  • Create digital content (compelling graphics, infographics, gifs, videos) for use on social channels and the company website.

  • Build, manage, and grow a media assets library.

  • Manage agencies and contractors.

  • Manage budget, measure programs, and communicate effectiveness.

  • Deliver results.

Required skills / experience:

  • Strong portfolio of creative execution for science-based and/or hardware technologies for B2B/G

  • Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Id, Ps, and Ai a must; Pr a plus)

  • Can handle competing projects and tight timelines while maintaining creative elegance

  • Ability to deliver materials that support global brand and unique expectations within niche vertical markets

  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

Desired skills / experience (looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills):

  • Creative thinking

  • Art direction/ storytelling

  • Knowledge of sensor technology a plus, and radar specifically a big plus

  • Knows how to build collaborative internal and external relationships

  • Team player that pitches in where needed

  • Good multi-tasker, ready to learn new topics and adapt to new tools

  • Ability to laugh at oneself while getting the job done


  • 7+ years of experience as strong contributor in creative roles and/or projects

  • Successful projects focused on B2B/G market segment (no B2C)

  • 3+ years of experience with science or engineering audiences

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Agency management a plus
