About the Role
We are looking to build our bench of enthusiastic, energetic, forward-thinking creative directors, art directors, and copywriters who will push our creative concepts to a new level for future temporary employment opportunities. If you are highly conceptual and know your way around the pitch process we want to know you. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in traditional advertising including print, broadcast, and digital, but able to expand thinking beyond those basics. Must be comfortable working collaboratively under tight deadlines and presenting their ideas to an executive team.
In addition to partnering with creatives, you will work collaboratively across departments, including Strategy, PR, Production, and Business Development.
Comfortable translating a brief into creative concepts and actionable executions as well as an ability to inspire. Charismatic and confident in presentations with a strong passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture. Multicultural experience is a big plus.
This is a great opportunity to work on projects with some of our high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, as well as Fortune 500 brands in technology, apparel, and consumer products.
Responsibilities:
Translate creative briefs into Undeniably Dope creative concepts, working both independently and with a partner
Hands on concept development as a writer or visual storyteller
Communicate clearly with team members, able to give clear direction or feedback
Translate feedback into actionable solutions
Direct artists and makers in execution of concepts
Partner with strategy to ensure all concepts ladder back to the brief
Attend and present in internal and external reviews
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Accounts, Strategy, PR, and Creative on the pitch process including preparing presentation decks and reviewing assets
About You
The Essentials:
Multi-faceted creative with 7+ years of Advertising Agency experience and proven track record of developing PR worthy creative
Evidence of contributing to award-winning creative projects is a plus.
Strong presentation skills
Experience with traditional, digital, and social media
Must be a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, has excellent follow-through, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage and oversee concurrent and competing projects
Strong organizational and time management skills; meticulous and detail-oriented
Demonstrated skill in communicating strategy, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Ability to communicate thoughts and creative concepts to clients and management
Current in the latest consumer-style and fashion trends
Must know Google Suite, especially Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to travel locally (reliable transportation), domestically or internationally up to 10% as needed for client meetings/shoots
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
