Creative Account Specialist

First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

We are seeking a Creative Account Specialist for our First Quality Consumer Product. The Creative Account Specialist owns the flow of creative artwork process from IPS/COS ticket creation, external account management through the creative process cycle, to final artwork transmittal and IPS ticket closeout. This includes internal creative special project workflow.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven ability to seamlessly lead multiple projects from concept to completion. This person will be process minded, a true team collaborator, proactive in approach, and someone who can foster internal and external professional relationships. This person must be able to balance multiple design projects (internally and externally) that help achieve business goals, drive sales and benefits the overall growth of the company. Must be professional, an expert in time management and be flexible in their working routine to meet deadlines.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own all stages of the creative process through all departments (including Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal and Engineering).

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Commercialization Team to establish timing and then manage the graphic development, approval, and proofing to ensure an on-time release of all creative projects.

• Complete and coordinate all customer specific product change needs and appropriate forms to the customer during the redesign (i.e. PIR's, Starter Kits, Templates etc).

• Work directly with the customer and/or agency to obtain timely approvals of internal First Quality Creative Group artwork.

• Coordinate artwork submission by external accounts/agencies for review by First Quality approvers providing feedback to account/agency for any updates needed via external proofing systems or email communication.

• Ensure that all artwork reflects the feedback and final approvals of both First Quality and the Customer before sending to prepress for print release.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field preferred.

• 3+ years working in the Consumer Products or related industry preferred.

• Experience working cross functionally by directing teams and teammates to accomplish a given goal/s or complete a given project.

• Knowledge of packaging artwork development and/or packaging graphics preferred

• Experience working in a project management role or related field.

• Knowledge of working within a project life cycle development system a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.

• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

• Experience in Esko Webcenter a plus.

• Ability to set goals, multitask, and prioritize workload

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Other assigned duties as required
