High School responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead bridge cranes and hoists Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment Evaluate functionality, identify solutions, and make recommendations regarding required repairs, methods, techniques, and/or equipment Build and maintain customer confidence by providing good response time, informing customer of problems and solutions, and completing the job in a timely manner Support customer by effectively interfacing with customer and internal staff on repair and safety related issues Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklists accurately, timely, and neatly Observe all safety procedures and use personal protective gear Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as required qualifications: Experience level:
