The Culinary Partnership Operations team's Reimbursement Specialist investigates, processes, and communicates with ZeroCater's national culinary partners when a meal incident occurs in catering operations. They will work independently to champion improvements to the Reimbursement process, working cross-collaboratively with adjacent departments and management to quickly build efficient, equitable, and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and partners. Those with capable de-escalation and communication skills, coupled with experience creating strong systems and repeatable processes will lead this program to success. What you will do:
Analyze data related to meal incidents to categorize, process with precision, and communicate with our culinary partners and internal teams
Evaluate current processes and implement repeatable solutions, including collaboration with adjacent teams to update internal materials and agreements around our culinary partners' business relationships
Utilize our proprietary meal-creation software, Excel, and a CRM platform to perform daily responsibilities
Use empathy, coaching, conditioning, and de-escalation skills to maintain relationships with our partners and strengthen ZeroCater's overall catering product
Achieve performance metrics including, but not limited to, timely responsiveness/delivery, accurate reporting, and project plan adherence
Qualifications for Success:
3+ years proven performance in a customer-facing environment
Experience ideating best-practices, building processes, and analyzing large sets of information
Familiar with Excel and .csv uploads, Google Productivity Tools, and Salesforce or similar CRM
Persuasive, organized, and empathetic communicator and coach
Knowledgeable about food (restaurant or hospitality background a strong plus)
