We are seeking a Construction Program Manager to enhance our clients' operational efficiencies in the telecom industry. As a PRG Program Manager, you will analyze and direct operations involving complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to Telecom utility construction. The program manager will be responsible for investigating and developing program processes, determining priorities, establishing milestones, and offering strategic direction to project managers and stakeholders. The candidate must be able to analyze processes and provide efficient and effective solutions when necessary. The perfect candidate will possess a keen business acumen and a demonstrated ability to plan and execute high-level program endeavors. Being a natural leader, this individual should excel in project coordination and delegation. The program manager should be driven by a passion to enhance productivity and foster program success.
Responsibilities
Analize, develop and manage multiple process work flows
Identify process inefficiencies and skillfully navigate solutions
Identify program risks, propose solutions, and produce program reports for company leadership and stakeholders
Work with other managers to identify departmental opportunities
Assist in the development of the onboarding/training process and timeline
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Program Manager or related managerial position
Exceptional depth of knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to communicate a roadmap to resolution.
Tactical execution in deployment of operational changes
Preferred Qualifications
Business Degree/Applicable Experience
Fiber Optic/Coax Telecom Utility Construction, Processes and Best Practices
Working knowledge of Project Management software
Previous participation in the development of proprietary applications
Experience in dashboard creation (E.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off and more! Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, ranging $100,00- $130,000 per year.
