Brief Description of the Organization
CBNA is the primary legal entity for Citi, providing products and services to consumers, financial institutions and corporate clients around the world.In the past, Citi has provided most of its internal reporting on a business by business basis.With the changes in the regulatory environment, strong legal entity reporting and governance has become essential.This team is responsible for ensuring that CBNA has the appropriate governance and control infrastructure to meet the demand for legal entity planning, execution, information management and the ever-evolving regulatory environment.
The Americas Banking, Custody & Escrow team is the product management organization within the Citi Private Bank, covering North America and Latin America. The team is responsible for the strategic direction of core products, including Banking, Custody/ Safekeeping Services, Escrow Agent Services, and Cards.Clients for these services include Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Families, Family Offices, Law Firms/ Associates/ Partners, Registered Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms.
Overview of Role
This position reports into Citi Private Bank's Americas Banking Product Management Head.The individual will manage the Business Cash Management and Deposit Product Strategy for North America and LATAM.
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving key initiatives for North America and LATAM:
Lead Americas product enhancements; develop business requirements in partnership with operational team, liaise with regional product and technology teams through requirement build and testing, and keep internal teams abreast of enhancement progress.
Create and manage product roadmap, work with CPB partners to prioritize enhancements
Act as primary point of contact for escalations, client issues and work closely with Service and Bankers
Develop internal training material, create client-facing marketing collateral and email communications to show case new capabilities, and coordinate case studies for new products and enhancements.
Work cross-functionally with Citi partners (CCB and TTS), Bankers, Service, O&T, Marketing, and Risk to achieve results
Coordinate with Balance Sheet and Rate Management partners to review transfer Pricing policy, Exception Rate Policy and associated impact to Deposit Pricing
Coordinate closely Banking Specialists to ensure execution of strategies designed to achieve deposits targets and ensuring growth of LCR accretive deposits
7+ years of product management experience in Digital Banking Channels, Payments & Receivables, Deposit Services, Transaction Services, or Commercial Banking
Demonstrated track record of change management and delivering results within a matrix organization
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with urgency
Comfort working with large data sets; strong Excel skills
Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems
