Sheakley Workforce Management Services is currently seeking a COVID 19 Construction Safety Specialist for a position in Boardman, Oregon. Our client is the one of the nation's leading General Contracting firms. Project will run 2-3 months.
Must be local. No Per Diem. Schedule is 10 days on 4 days off.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Site-specific CV-19 plan
Develop project organizational plan to ensure sub-contractors are kept in separate areas on the project to maintain social distancing
Prepare coordinated site logistics, identifying critical elements (work force pathways, work areas, break areas, etc.)
Organized daily virtual planning and coordination meetings
OSHA 500 and / or OSHA 510
Solid knowledge of EHS standards, industry regulatory standards in construction, with the ability to communicate such standards to others.
3-5 years safety and health experience.
Excellent public speaking abilities.
Energetic, ambitious, assertive and an excellent communicator.
OSHA outreach training experience preferred.
Able to meet deadlines, work independently without direct supervision, as well as in a team environment.
OSHA and regulatory safety training experience.
