Development Coordinator

The goal of the VISTA project Development Coordinator is to support CCI staff in financial development efforts to ensure sustainability and growth of the company to increase its impact on the community. The purpose of the project is to support community and city efforts in strengthening families and increasing the quality of life for our clients by providing treatment and recovery supports to men who are addicted to substance abuse and to eliminate homelessness by assisting each resident to obtain meaningful, purposeful employment and stable housing. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Recovery Facilities (CARF) and the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences (GARR). Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.

Member Duties : The goal of the VISTA project Development Coordinator is to support CCI staff with financial development efforts to ensure sustainability and growth of the company to increase its impact on the community. VISTA member support will assist in maintaining and diversifying funding sources and help develop new funding sources.

VISTA member will assist CCI staff to strengthen organization capacity to meet, collect, and report data to show agency accomplishments. VIEW JOBS 2/15/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-05-16T00:00 Coca-Cola Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional social skills for its Business Development Coordinator role. This individual will be the liaison between the member (current & potential) and the Credit Union, and must have above average communication skills and a professional telephone manner. This person will focus on developing new membership through effective networking opportunities as well as creative projects to attract new customers. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong time and project management skills. Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this role will not be traveling in 2021, however, the expectation moving into 2022 is for 40-50% travel both locally within Georgia, as well as nationally for extended periods of time. What You'll Do for Us: Provide content on the role's responsibilities, this area helps the candidate determine what the scope of responsibility will be for this role. * Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Credit Union's Business Development program and member/public relations functions. * Actively pursues prospective sponsored employee groups to join the Credit Union's existing membership base, both locally and nationally. * Strengthens relations within existing groups and serves current members, potential members, and employees with excellent service. * Expand existing member relationships by looking for cross-sell opportunities. * Creating and maintaining member databases, mail lists, etc… * Open and manage new member accounts in portfolio and develop networking and calling program for local/national membership opportunities. * Identify and establish new referral sources through branch activity, sales, and marketing efforts. * Supports the Credit Union Marketing Department as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: * Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent is required. * Work Experience: Minimum 3 years business development, sales or marketing-related experience is required. Experience within a financial institution (Credit Union or Bank) is highly desired, but not necessary.
