Shift: Wednesday/Thursday 6 Hours (3:30 pm to 10 pm) - Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8 hours (11 pm to 8 am)

We are seeking a Valet / Courtesy Patrol Associate to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As Valet / Courtesy Patrol, you will impact the lives of senior adults through providing assistance with parking of guest vehicles and providing a safe and secure environment for our residents. What You'll Do:

• Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards.

• Monitor and secure outside storage areas, laundry rooms, pools, and fitness facilities as per property rules.

• Park guest vehicles in secure areas.

• Patrol secured areas to ensure all doors are appropriately locked/unlocked.

• Respond to all emergency situations in order to resolve any incident which could potentially harm personnel, residents and visitors.

• Monitor and promote compliance with facility policies such as solicitation, smoking and visiting hours.

What You'll Bring to the Team

To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:

• High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) preferred. Minimum of one year prior related experience in safety or security preferred.

• Requires ability to comprehend and fulfill requirements related to safety regulations, security procedures, and facility policies and procedures acquired through on-the-job training.

• Must possess interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively resolve hostile situations.

• Must have a valid Driver's license in the state of Texas.
