This is specialized clerical and customer service work of significant difficulty performed in a judicial setting. The work requires the operation of standard office equipment and requires an intermediate level of understanding regarding the criminal judicial process and the precise and accurate operation of a specific and technical case administration software suite.
Outstanding customer service skills are an absolute requirement for this position due to the high volume, high pressure, multi-tasking, technical environment within which the incumbent must perform critical tasks while in direct contact with customers who may be under stress. Position work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Minimum qualifications: Three years clerical or customer service experience required, preferably in a legal or judicial environment.
Three years of typing and operation of general office machines, computers and software is required. Cash handling and cash reconciliation experience preferred. Bi- or multilingual capability is preferred.
