• Des Moines is a family of four hospitals including Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Blank Children's Hospital and Methodist West Hospital. Our team members are the compassionate core of who we are and how we serve our patients and visitors every day.

Responsibilities

Transports specimens, supplies, parcels, and written communication between Health System divisions and throughout the Des Moines area while driving a licensed vehicle. Loads, unloads, and transports materials between the hospital and the Health System clients.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required but a commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred. Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs or more for a distance of 100 ft. Must be able to withstand extended periods of walking and driving.
