Courier Patient Transport - Outside Transport

To provide safe and timely transportation of patients from their home to hospital tests, procedures and physician#s office and back. To provide safe and timely transportation for the delivery of supplies, specimens, drugs and paperwork to other hospitals, physicians# offices, nursing homes and other facilities.# EDUCATION, TRAINING # EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent; CPR certified within 3 months of hire/transfer; valid Ohio driver#s license; clean driving record; ability to drive car / van in all weather conditions, day and night driving, long distance to and from large surrounding cities; and knowledge of the surrounding area.

Must be computer-literate to complete the task(s) as required. Such as MediTech (Hospital Support Software), Halogen (performance appraisal system), Relias (education system), ability to retrieve e-mails, complete online enrollment for health insurance/benefits and any other programs as assigned must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of-two-years licensed driving experience to be a driver for hospital owned vehicles.
