The courier provides safe automobile transportation of materials to and from appropriate locations and assigned region in order to serve various customers and support the orderly flow of business.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team setting.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to meet insurance requirements. Must be able to maintain acceptable driving record.
Work requires the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and the physical demands of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, walking or performing other work requiring light physical exertion (up to 30 pounds) on an occasional basis (up to 15% of the time); and moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds) on an intermittent basis.
Work involves continuous exposure to unpleasant working conditions or undesirable elements. May involve exposure to a variety of elements which are hazardous or harmful which require applying well defined precautions for protection from injury or illness.
