Position may be assigned to work in the count room or on the casino floor performing the slot or NRT drop. Sorts, counts and records the contents of the table game drop boxes, slot drop boxes, non-gaming drops and NRT drops according to procedure.
Fills NRT cassettes, prepares NRT coin bags and completes the replenishment of NRT coin. Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of Soft Count room equipment. Maintains general upkeep of Soft Count room.
Notifies Supervisor of malfunctioning equipment. Completes special assignments for management as required.
High school diploma. Ability to read and write English.
Basic math skills and adding machine knowledge required. Currency counting machine and knowledge of computer terminal preferred. Basic mechanical (repair) ability helpful.
Prior money handling and Count Room experience preferred (casino or bank). Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be capable of lifting and pushing 50 lbs.
