CACI has immediate openings for an Action Officer to support a wide range of HUMINT operational requirements. YOU are the difference we've been looking for.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Detect, identify, assess, exploit, counter, and/or neutralize foreign intelligence collection activities;

  • Identify and prevent Insider Threats;

  • Support HUMINT and technical collection operations overseas; and

  • Conduct threat vulnerability assessments to include supply chain risk management, CI reviews and investigations, and technical surveillance countermeasures

Required Skills:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Applicable counterintelligence experience between 3-6 years

  • Well-honed written and oral English communications skills

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, research and investigative skills

  • Experience drafting cables and other documentation

  • Knowledge of the IC and other US Government agencies within the national security community

  • Customer-specific tradecraft certification (applicable for certain levels)

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC
  • Overseas experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations

Accordingly, US Citizenship is required.) Position Description PSS, Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Officer to join our growing team located in McLean, VA. The candidate will leverage daily counterintelligence (CI) expertise and oversight in support of client operations. Participate on panels to review cases and grant operational approvals. Conduct complete assessments of complex operations using a broad range of research methods and tools to identify CI issues and security vulnerabilities, including vulnerabilities associated with the use of technology and to enhance the integrity of client operations. Prepare tailored CI requirements for current operations. Mentor new or junior teammates in vetting and validation tools and approvals, and provide guidance to client establishments abroad in support of operations. Serve as a team player across the intelligence community (IC) and private sector, as required. Find solutions to difficult operational CI issues proactively, and maintain knowledge of broader IC and CI issues and CI environments. Required Skills * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * BA or BS degree and 8+ years of experience with working in the IC supporting operations * Experience with overseeing or conducting offensive and defensive operations and due diligence, analyzing operations, recognizing vulnerabilities and threats, including providing solutions to enhance the security of a case or program * Experience with conducting assessments of complex operations using a broad range of research methods and tools to identify CI issues and security vulnerabilities, including vulnerabilities associated with the use of technology and to enhance the integrity of client operations-Experience with accomplishing tasks under limited supervision * Experience with a CI functional areas, vetting technologies and capabilities, analytic tools, and communications processes used in client operations * Knowledge of the CI concepts and principles necessary to plan and conduct a range of CI support to operations and platforms * Ability to convey appropriate vetting options and tailored CI requirements to improve operational security on ongoing cases * Ability to work as a member of a team or independently and across the IC and private sector to find solutions to difficult operational CI issues Desired Skills * Knowledge of a foreign language * Ability to conduct research securely via social media and other open source platforms Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
