Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in the Northern VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


The Counterintelligence Analyst shall support Government activities undertaken to determine whether an individual is conducting espionage, other intelligence activities, sabotage, or assassinations for/on behalf of a foreign power, foreign organization, foreign persons, or international terrorist organization or agent thereof, and to determine actions required to exploit, disrupt, or protect against such acts.


  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, years of experience can replace degree requirements.

  • Supports a CI or intelligence analytical team in support of CI analytical requirements.

  • May provides analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)s/Intelligence Reports (INTREPs), feedback and IIR/HR and CI INTREP evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, adhoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, or supports source validation.

  • May conduct analysis of source reliability and report credibility in support of the source validation process. Provides CI analysis and assessments in support of source validation.

  • Is responsible for researching, developing, and presenting CI allsource intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team.


  • Must possess an active TS/SCI

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence, counterintelligence, intelligence software and tools, and in providing protection of critical program information in the DoD acquisition field, and project management experience. Ability to obtain security clearance.

The candidate will be required to assist the Government in CI/HUMINT requirements. * Identify and assess CI threats to fulfill critical intelligence * Research, review, evaluate, organize and assess intelligence and related data focused on activities, personalities and entities of CI concern. * Produce and present related assessments, pertinent findings and responses to Request for Information (RFI). * Collaborate with Collection Managers for CI/HUMINT collection * Coordinate and collaborate with CI/HUMINT staffs at DIA, USFK, PACOM and other intelligence * Participate in national and international conferences, meetings, exercises and working groups. * Identify significant trends within assigned areas and propose ways to maximize the effectiveness of current and anticipated CVHUMINT support activities. * Services may also require direct support to related Special Access P * Consult with USFK J2X OSE leadership to address controversial or technical issues and CVHUMINT operations support * Must have a current DoD TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI poly. Desired Experience: * Translate, conduct a quality review and update as necessary all documents and products from Korean to English and English to * Experience with other IC partners and/or US services intelligence centers. * Deployment experience, sea duty or short-tour experience in the PACOM or CENTCOM AORs. Mid- Level: Bachelor or master's degrees with 4-6 years of experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years-experience, or, equivalent academic experience. Time to Productivity: Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate oversight. Provide comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
