Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in the Northern VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Description:

The Counterintelligence Analyst shall support Government activities undertaken to determine whether an individual is conducting espionage, other intelligence activities, sabotage, or assassinations for/on behalf of a foreign power, foreign organization, foreign persons, or international terrorist organization or agent thereof, and to determine actions required to exploit, disrupt, or protect against such acts.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, years of experience can replace degree requirements.

  • Supports a CI or intelligence analytical team in support of CI analytical requirements.

  • May provides analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)s/Intelligence Reports (INTREPs), feedback and IIR/HR and CI INTREP evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, adhoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, or supports source validation.

  • May conduct analysis of source reliability and report credibility in support of the source validation process. Provides CI analysis and assessments in support of source validation.

  • Is responsible for researching, developing, and presenting CI allsource intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team.

Clearance:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence, counterintelligence, intelligence software and tools, and in providing protection of critical program information in the DoD acquisition field, and project management experience. Ability to obtain security clearance.

Description: The Counterintelligence Technician shall support activities including but not limited to developing and administering the following activities: specialized defensive counterintelligence services such as threat awareness briefings, debriefings, reporting and training on CI issues; support to insider threat identification and mitigation efforts; liaison activities with US Government agencies; support to research, development, and acquisition including support to supply chain risk management; support to the DHS foreign visitor and access management program; support to cyber operations including but not limited to digital forensics and cyber vulnerability assessments; support to security programs; support to polygraph/credibility assessment services; surveillance and surveillance detection; support to technical surveillance countermeasures and behavioral assessment.
