Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in the Northern VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


The Counterintelligence Analyst shall support Government activities undertaken to determine whether an individual is conducting espionage, other intelligence activities, sabotage, or assassinations for/on behalf of a foreign power, foreign organization, foreign persons, or international terrorist organization or agent thereof, and to determine actions required to exploit, disrupt, or protect against such acts.


  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, years of experience can replace degree requirements.

  • Supports a CI or intelligence analytical team in support of CI analytical requirements.

  • May provides analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)s/Intelligence Reports (INTREPs), feedback and IIR/HR and CI INTREP evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, adhoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, or supports source validation.

  • May conduct analysis of source reliability and report credibility in support of the source validation process. Provides CI analysis and assessments in support of source validation.

  • Is responsible for researching, developing, and presenting CI allsource intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team.


  • Must possess an active TS/SCI

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence, counterintelligence, intelligence software and tools, and in providing protection of critical program information in the DoD acquisition field, and project management experience. Ability to obtain security clearance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Mid-Level SME - Cyber Counterintelligence Specialist shall provide CI Analytic and Operational Support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of Counterintelligence (OCI) Counterespionage Division (CED). Contractors shall plan, conduct and oversee CI investigative activity support, CI protective activities, and Integration and Lead Development activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school. * Candidate must be a graduate of these courses from Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA): * Windows Forensics Exam (WFE) * Introduction to Networks and Computer Hardware (INCH) the Computer Incident Response Course (CIRC) * Forensics and intrusions in a Windows Environment (FIWE) * Must have a Minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting or supporting CI operations, CI investigations and/or CI collections in the cyber environment. The contractor must have conducted digital forensic analysis on Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) and intrusion investigation. * The contractor must have experience in planning and conducting CED tasks. * TS Clearance, preferably TS/SCI with Poly Applicant must sign a NON-EXCLUSIVE letter of commitment.
