Qualifications
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1.Educates personnel on CI functional services (i.e. discreet CI surveillance/countersurveillance) availability, applicability, methodology, and outcomes as they are relevant to the organization's mission.
2.Integrates and/or conducts CI functional services (i.e. discreet CI surveillance/countersurveillance) to support mission-readiness.
3.Facilitates and/or applies specialized functional services (e.g., computer network operations, credibility assessment/polygraph, TSCM, behavioral support, surveillance, and foreign language support) to support operations and/or CI activities.
4.Delivers feedback in a positive manner, focusing on performance improvements to encourage individuals to increase their performance.
5.Refocuses efforts, redistributes resources, or otherwise overcomes roadblocks in consideration of IC factors to achieve objectives.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1.Graduate of an 1811 or 0132 Counterintelligence Credentialing Course (i.e. Federal Law Enforcement Training Center(FLETC), Army's CI Special Agent Course, Marine Air Ground Task Force-CI Course, or the Defense CI Agent Course).
2.Experience conducting discreet CI surveillance and CI countersurveillance operations using DoD methodology.
3.Graduate of the JCITA CI Surveillance Course, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations
Course, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course, OTC, FTC, or Military Operations Training Course.
