As an all source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized multi-intelligence WMD experience and your attention to detail to develop, execute, and author intelligence and DoD products focused on WMD and threats to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their multiple areas of interest. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including multi-intelligence WMD. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for the government. As the authority on your WMD and threat products, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop leads for nexus between WMD counter proliferation and threats and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with supporting the DoD or an intelligence analyst as an analyst, including multi-intelligence WMD and counter threat production or intelligence support for planning operations

  • Experience with network visualization, including the use of Analyst Notebook, Palantir, or Renoir

  • Experience with the usage of multi-INT databases

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice if You Have:

  • Experience with collecting data on chemical and biological WMDs and their proliferation

  • Experience with the COIC tool suite a plus

  • Knowledge of WMD or threat networks or counter-proliferation preferred

Clearance:

The IMS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) * Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country * Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and other senior leadership as well * Conduct research and analysis of suspicious activity reporting (SAR) from all sources that may reveal force protection and foreign terrorist threats to the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense worldwide * Analyze SAR, OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT and IMINT reporting from a wide variety of sources provided by the Government to identify current and emerging force protection threats, ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats, and make reasoned and well-founded judgments concerning the future evolution of the threats; with the specific intent of providing fusion of intelligence/counterintelligence and law enforcement information * Maintain collaborative contact with counterparts in the counterintelligence community and the law enforcement community concerning ongoing analytic efforts and findings to ensure that all threats to the Army and DoD are identified and addressed.
