Counter Sales Representative

If so, our Counter Sales Representative position is perfect for you! The Counter Sales Representative will focus on providing an exceptional customer experience at our Rug Care Center. You will greet customers with a smile, answer their questions, assess area rugs, and offer solutions for their care. You'll also have the opportunity to sell additional services and ensure smooth storefront operations.

What It Takes:

• Excellent customer service skills to relate to customers, understand their needs, and resolve their concerns

• Friendly, driven, and confident attitude

• Prior experience in retail or direct sales is a plus

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and more than 100lbs with another person

• Ability to achieve certifications such as IICRC (CCT, UFT, RCT) and Master Rug Cleaner
