Counter Sales Representative

Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.

Hours: Monday

• Friday 8:30am

• 5pm

Payrate: $22+ per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs

• Processing orders via order management system

• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures

• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications:

• 0-2 Years of sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Ability to lift and load merchandise.

• General math skills needed for cash accounting.

• Willingness to learn is a must have!

• Strong focus on customer service and communication skills.

• Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $26.02

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
