Counter Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Blacks Supply is looking for a Counter Sales Professional with experience in the HVAC industry. We are seeking someone with 2-5 years counter sales experience.

Job Description: Counter sales representatives assist in the sales of counter merchandise and other products. They will be responsible to assist with all aspects of counter selling, including but not limited to customer service, product selection, inventory management, pricing labels, etc.

The counter sales representative is also responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls, making inquiries and responding promptly to requests. This position requires an individual who can work independently. Duties: Assisting customers with orders Creating customer orders Pulling customer orders Phone Sales Taking customer orders via phone/email/walk in Product support Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Pulling orders for other stores for transfer Providing excellent customer service Providing quotations to customers via phone/email/walk in
