Position Objective:

To provide an environment that encourages and maximizes sales for a Cosmetic Treatment Brand (Lauder, Clinique, Lancome or Arden/Fashion Fair).

To promote good working relationships among Beauty Advisors, the cosmetic department and Store management.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales goals by engaging clients, applying products and providing consultation.

Use tools provided to monitor and track sales performance.

Determine/allocate sales goals to each BA.

Coordination of Special Events and Special offers for respective Brand:

Maintain and expand client lists through the use of the Client Smart System.

Achieve all pre-sell goals and Gift Goals where applicable.

Ensure proper visuals

Supervision of Beauty Advisors and Counter Activities to include:

Coach and develop staff

Maintain standards for Beauty Advisor image

Maintain standards for counter cleanliness

Provide product information and advice on selling techniques

Execute visual directives

Encourage cooperative teamwork

Review and communicate with Store Manager any changes needed to schedules

Communications with Store Manager and Account Executive

Maintenance or Stock:

Keep all merchandise stocked, neat and clean and protected.

Process all DIF's weekly.

Process any recalls

Keep list of out-of-stock and customer requests and submit information to The Lauder Co.

Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of all counter fixtures and tester units. Properly store and maintain control over all collateral, testers and sampling.

Assist in recruiting, hiring and retaining Beauty Advisors. Coach and develop staff.

The position also will have responsibility for the activities and procedures that lead to continuous improvement and quality of the company's products and services. This position can be based in Del Rio, TX but will support our aerospace plant in Acuna, Mexico. Daily travel across the border to Acuna will be required. Specific Responsibilities: * Design and prepare procedures to support the operation of laboratories. * The Quality Assurance Manager as Quality Management representative, ensure that the processes of the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained according to applicable standards (ISO 9001/AS9100.) * In case of absence, the Quality Supervisor / Quality Engineer will assume temporarily the responsibilities according to their corresponding area. * Ensures that the process and product specifications are met according to internal requirements, costumer requirements, and applicable government / external entities. * Coordinates and monitors customer responses (corrective actions, etc.). * Maintains and / or participates in meetings with costumers, Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing staff to coordinate, program and manage quality activities. * Ensures the conservation, analysis and review of product quality records. * Ensures that inspection activities and tests are carried out to support the manufacturing procedures, as well as those of engineering. * Lead the activities of subordinates; recommends staff for hiring, take disciplinary action, promotions and salary adjustments. * Maintains continuous contact with manufacturing and engineering personnel, about the application of quality assurance measures to the product. * Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, through the different communication methods defined / documented. * Informs senior management about the performance of the Quality Management System and needs for improvement through different methods such as Management Reviews among others. * Follow the regulations and requirements established by the Plan SPC, the regulation RCRA and the operating procedures involving chemical mentioned in the Environmental Management System and safety from AFSR, when performing task related to chemical or toxic waste. * Compliance the Company's policies and procedures and carries out all the activities according to the Guide of Arconic for Business Conduct. * Demonstrate knowledge and commitment to the principles and ABS manufacturing techniques. * Works in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of people and the environment. * Compliance with all the rules and regulations of EHS and with the instructions of your superior. * Report all incidents to your supervisor including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and injury-free accidents. Authority: * Has the organizational freedom to resolve quality issues, as well as stop the manufacturing process If the product does not meet internal requirements, of the costumer and applicable government / external entities. * Has authority that concerns of responsibility area, can retain nonconforming material, discipline and administration of the staff under his charge. Implement work instructions, ideas and tools that facilitate processes. Skills: * Knowledge of applicable international quality standards. * Communication skills (speak in public and provide staff training). * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Work under pressure * Focus on design of plans, programs and compliance with goals. * MS Office, Desirable Oracle. * Bilingual Spanish/English speaking to communicate with a Spanish speaking workforce. * Willing and able to travel to Acuna Mexico daily. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution * Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing * Minimum 1 year of Quality Assurance experience with aerospace products * Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications * Prefer that the Bachelor's Degree is in Engineering, from an accredited institution * Experience with Aerospace product and process specifications and requirements * Experience with the use of shop measuring instruments (micrometer, calipers, comparator, etc.) * Strongly prefer experience working with NADCAP (heat treat) and AS9100 requirements * Experience with Fastener testing equipment and practices, including tensile, shear and vibration testing, also must have knowledge of metallurgical evaluation procedures. * Experience with mechanical inspection equipment such as micrometers, optical comparators, hardness testers, and torque testers. * Basic knowledge of all inspection measuring and testing equipment, of SPC methods. * Strongly prefer Bilingual Spanish/English Arconic Del Rio TX
