As a Cosmetics Counter Manager you will be responsible for managing the beauty advisors of one of our prestigious vendor lines. Your superior sales and guest service skills will be used to develop both your beauty advisor staff and client relationships. Participation in training and vendor seminars will provide additional skills to further enable you to demonstrate product knowledge to your staff and clients
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily /Monthly sales goals for each brand is provided by the buying office
Goals broken down by beauty advisor by manager on a daily basis
Managers must utilize a tally sheet in which sakes are logged daily
Each brand uses a daily business record (DBR), determining brand productivity per person and total brand performance
Monthly productivity is reviewed with Beauty Advisors on a monthly basis. Management collaborates on action plans for improvement
The Counter Manager must retrieve via e-mail the department's daily flash. This will be sent out by the buying office to review sales results
Review stock replenishment report provided by buying office that is reviewed on a monthly basis
Review brand lists that of aged inventory and or discontinued merchandise that is to be RTV'd on a consistent basis. It is the responsibility of the counter manager to ensure all products are pulled and processed accurately. The quantities requested are non-negotiable. The buying office requires confirmation upon completion.
