Location: North Adams, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program Pay Rate: $50,336-$56,659 annually Schedule:

Full-time Benefits: • Health, dental, vision insurance • 401k with company match up to 7% • Tuition reimbursement • Paid time off • Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: • CADC required (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) • Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required The Counselor (CADC): • Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies. • Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
