Counselor

Company Description A Place to Be Counseling is a small private practice offering services and groups for children, adolescents, familes, couples and individuals. Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Counselor located in Swarthmore, PA, with the option for some work from home.

The Counselor will be responsible for providing therapy and counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The role will also involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in clinical supervision. Qualifications Experience in providing therapy and counseling services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment approaches Ability to work independently and as part of a team Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred not not required. Experience with teletherapy and online counseling platforms is a plus
