As a Counseling Services Director, you will provide clinical supervision to therapists and be responsible for managing our Counseling program's operations. This position will work directly with the Riverview Gardens School District and will support Counseling Services Supervisors in the Pattonville, Hazelwood, Jennings, and Maplewood/Richmond Heights School District.

This Position:

We are interested in Therapists with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related. You will need to have LPC or LCSW licensure.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of counseling and clinical experience providing individual, family, and group counseling. Experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.

This is a salaried position starting at $59,000.

The ability to be CPR certified and a driver's license are required.

Assist in program reports, development, marketing and expansion of the counseling program. Develop person-centered treatment plans for individuals served and measure goal progression.</p><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li><p>Provide counseling services to clients and their families in both group and individual sessions.</p></li><li><p>Assess, screen, analyze, interpret and evaluate medical, psychological, social, educational, employment and any other referral information received.</p></li><li><p>Assist with administrative duties as needed.</p></li><li><p>Develop individualized and person-centered treatment plans, goals, progress notes, and outcome measurements to ensure compliance with funder guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Assist with grant writing and program expansion.</p></li><li><p>Complete necessary documentation and monthly reports in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in computer programs with ability to analyze, create, and run reports.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, referral sources and other staff/professionals.</p></li><li><p>Assist with grant writing.</p></li><li><p>Familiarizes self with and follows Facility and Department Policies and Procedures.</p></li><li><p>All other job responsibilities as specified by supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean and orderly environment.</p></li><li><p>Follows all personnel policies.</p></li></ul><p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p><p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Social Work. CRC, LPC, PLPC considered, or LCSW required. CPR and First Aid training are required and will be provided by agency upon hire if needed.
