JOB RELATIONSHIPS Responsible to: Rehab Services Director DEFINITION OF POSITION The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. Participates in the rehabilitative plan of care designed by the Occupational Therapist and physician, and monitored and evaluated by the Occupational Therapist. QUALIFICATIONS Professional Certified as Occupational Therapy Assistant. Medical terminology and typing skills. Patient care experience preferred. BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
