ProMedica Home Care has a part time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position available. We invite candidates that are interested in a challenging career and the opportunity to join an awesome and dedicated team to apply on-line for a rewarding and exciting opportunity! The Occupational Therapy Assistant will administer various occupational therapy programs under guidelines established by a Registered Occupational Therapist. The employee will also facilitate rehabilitation of physically disabled patients, to maximize function and independence while providing one-on-one therapy to patients in the privacy of their homes. Employees receive flexible hours, pay per visit and mileage when visiting patient to patient.
Licensed in Ohio
At least one year experience in the profession
Minimum 1 year clinical home care experience preferred
Strong customer service skills; must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries
Effective interpersonal skills
Must be able to use laptop and be comfortable with computerized documentation system
