[DB1]Talman, With this statement, do we want a person that has expierence at a Junior level which has provided the expierence for a senior level?
Or do we need to have two folks, One Junior level (as the Corp determines at a certain labor rate) or a Senior level at a higher rate with greater years of experience?
[MC2]We can tailor this for the a single level or experience or do you want to reword it for multiple experience levels. Basically you change the position title and adjust the experience requirement(s)
