Salary will be determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $87,200 (minimum) - $109,000 (midpoint) - $130,800

Are you ready to make your mark? If you are a Sr. Financial Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis and business support in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and business needs.

What you will be doing

  • Analyze financial information - historical, prospective, or hypothetical - to provide insights for the business regarding its performance, support business decisions, and plans for the future.

  • Successfully partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to convey and interpret the results of financial analysis.

  • Prepare formal financial presentation material that is to be delivered by finance and other leaders of the business.

  • Develop and maintain financial models used for decision support, such as those used in the product life cycle process, capital expenditure justifications, and make vs. buy decisions.

What We Are Looking For

  • U.S. master's degree in arts/sciences preferred.

  • U.S. bachelor's degree in arts/sciences required in accounting, finance, or Economics - for U.S. For international -bachelor's degree, professional or University degree required.

  • 2-5 years of experience with financial analysis (labor analysis, final cost pricing, etc.)

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals for parts currently in manufacturing, ensuring that the proposals are FAR part 15 compliant (COPD).

  • Work closely with the engineering department to develop cost estimates for new applications.

  • Provide accurate and timely cost estimates to support business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain cost models to support pricing strategies.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvements and new product development.

  • Ability to analyze complex information and present the findings in a simple manner, conveying an understanding of the business, the markets in which we operate, and general economic principles.

  • Solid PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, advanced knowledge using Excel. General knowledge and comfort working with ERP systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Financial expertise is sought by others within the organization. Ability to pay attention to details.

  • Strong project management skills. Demonstrates the ability to keep programs running smoothly.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).   All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce.   ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
