What you'll do:

• Research and process cost basis adjustments for Retail and Advisor Services clients

• Reconcile positions and transactions against Schwab's cost basis system of record

• Process cost basis edits and vpurchase requests

• Assist with bulk cost basis updates

• Research escalations

• Work collaboratively and effectively with others

Required Qualifications

• Highly motivated and results driven

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Accurate data entry skills

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for service quality

• Intermediate MS Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment while maintaining the highest level of positivity and professionalism

• Good decision making and sound judgement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• Knowledge of IRS Cost Basis regulations in relation to broker/dealer reporting

• Series 7 license
