Cost Analyst

Job Description Job Description TTGI is expanding our team supporting a UAS Customer on Redstone Arsenal. The Cost Analyst in this position will support program (and product) leadership with expertise related to predicting, understanding, analyzing and presenting cost data associated with the sustainment of a variety of programs.

The position will require a candidate to be proficient using ACEIT (Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool) as well as Microsoft Excel to develop, analyze and present reviews of cost analyses. Candidate will need to enjoy working closely with a blended team working in a fast paced, high-profile environment in direct support of the warfighter. Tasking for this position will include:

Develop, update, and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Program Office Estimates (POEs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) Assist in the development of the Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD) Evaluate contractor cost data to include Earned Value and Cost Performance Reports Prepare and maintain detailed cost documentation for all cost products and deliverables Discuss and Defend cost estimating methodologies to senior leadership and Cost Review Board (CRB) members Translate technical system requirements into cost elements while developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) Analyze historical learning and rate curve data and incorporate methodology into cost estimates Assist in the development of Contractor Software Data Report (CSDR) plans Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefings to include program funding and cost requirements Requirements: Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance Position requires candidate to have experience in generating: Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Business Case Analysis, and Economic Analyses Candidate must have experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) 8.0 Experience preparing detailed written reports and/or briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership is expected in this role Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of concepts, principles, and procedures for performing cost analyses and estimates (e.g., learning curves, Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), data collection and adjustment, normalization, overhead rate analysis, production rate analysis, fixed and variable costs, and treatment of inflation) Knowledge of materiel acquisition and life cycle management policies and procedures contained in applicable documents (e.g.

DoDD 5000.1, DoDI 5000.2, DoDI 5000.73, AR 70-1) is preferred About TTGI: People First. Customer Always.
