The Opportunity:

As a Cost Analyst, you know the complexities and importance of accurate project costs from development through sustainment. Programs require detailed and certifiable cost estimates to execute congressional budget requests to achieve mission goals. It's imperative that program cost growth is limited and within budget to maintain financial integrity. That's why we need you, an experienced Cost Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll develop and maintain program cost products necessary to execute emerging technologies for the U.S. Air Force. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contractor and supplier base costs to develop robust cost estimating products.

You Have:

• Experience with general cost estimating or pricing within the DoD environment

• Experience developing presentations for clients that accurately articulate product results and impacts

• Ability to collect and normalize large data sets, including use of data parsing methods such as pivot tables

• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive cost models independently

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Earned Value Management practices

• Experience with Data Analytical products such as Microsoft BI or Tableau

• Knowledge of cost-related Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) products

• Certified Cost Estimator and Analyst (CCEA) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
