Technical manufacturing background and solid costing knowledge. Responsibilities: Manage daily staff needs. Communicate and present results to senior management.

Analyze financial data and provide guidance. Respond to audit requests. Review monthly financial statements.

Collaborate with operations for financial insight. Drive system annual standard costs. Assist with project budgets and automation.

Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills.

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, etc. Manufacturing cost environment knowledge. Dedication to customer and time commitments.

Schedule: Flexible start and end times within employer's guidelines. Weekly in-person staff meeting on Fridays at 7:30 AM. Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office (subject to change based on mandatory meetings). Direct Reports:

Initially 2 direct reports, potential for growth to 3. Bonus: 5-10% ICP bonus (varies based on candidate).
