Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.81 - $24.21 per hour

(pay is determined based on a scale of 0-16+ years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching.

Correspondence/Medical Records Clerk Summary:

The Correspondence/ Medical Records Clerk is part of the correspondence team and works to ensure correspondence and work injury paperwork and medical records correspondence are routed appropriately and worked timely. They will back up these Teams during times of increased workload or short staffing.

Correspondence/Medical Records Clerk Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a clerical setting preferred

  • Knowledge of medical documents, insurance and reimbursement processes, FMLA, and PFML.

  • Knowledge of Medical policy, rules, and regulations, including HIPAA privacy requirements.
