Using our internationally acclaimed in-house design team, we create the look without paying expensive design fees. Finally, all orders are filled from strategically located regional warehouses and are serviced by our own fleet of trucks, the largest in the industry.

The Treasury Facilitator will manage the corporate cash and corporate investment activities for all the Ashley Companies. Additionally, he/she will assist the Vice President of Finance and the Corporate Controller in carrying out many other special projects for the Finance Department.

Job Duties of a Treasury Facilitator
1.Facilitate cash management: balance cash account daily, send international and domestic money wires, print wire confirmations, move money between bank accounts, fund payroll accounts, journalize cash and auto debit transactions daily in International Financial Management Accounting Program (IFM), send monthly wires for funding and payrolls to overseas offices and employees, make monthly/quarterly loan payments, prepare a weekly cash deposit and journal entry summary, prepare a weekly cash report for the Monday management meeting, prepare cash and accounts payable reconciliations, open and maintain new bank accounts and credit card accounts for all companies and forward information on NSF checks and credit card returns to all companies.
2.Overseas Office: review monthly expense spreadsheets prepared by offices, send money wires to reimburse for expenses, prepare a monthly dashboard report for International Senior Management which includes product sourcing, returns and allowances and expenses for each office, work with Tricour on tax payments for offices and other miscellaneous items. Also, assist the international office with their budgets.
3.Maintain relationships with all the banks; keep updated on the latest technologies offered by them. Work on various banking projects for our HomeStores and other areas of the business and analyze the banking costs.
4.Report all our investments and calculate on a weekly basis our return and make suggestions to the Corporate Controller on any movement of funds required to maximize returns.

Qualifications of a Treasury Facilitator
1.Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Required
2.3 years' experience in cash management, Required
3.Banking, including international banking knowledge
4.Accounting principles
5.Analytical and problem-solving skills

The Director of Distribution Center Engineering is responsible to identify innovating cost reduction and transformational opportunities for the distribution centers and evaluate key performance indicators to monitor and research the health of the operations. They will use findings to initiate process improvements and automation that support the business goals and objectives and will operate as a subject matter expert on fulfillment best practices. They will provide technical guidance, operational expertise and analytical support to logistics strategy, facilities design, construction, finance, field operations, and research teams. Primary Job Functions * This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs. * Responsible for the overall execution of all phases of the project life cycle including design, engineering, modeling supply chain solutions, as well as planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. Ensure key metrics are attained for each project: quality, on-time start up completion dates, financial performance, along with other key operational metrics. * Identify automation solutions and preparation of business cases including process changes, cost savings, investment and operating costs to support the development of automation solutions strategy. * Develop strategic operating procedures that support network-wide business objectives in wholesale and retail distribution and evaluate new or improved operating methods, technology, equipment, facility design, and layout. * Lead the development of viable solutions to automate pick, pack, and ship processes within the distribution centers using robotics, artificial intelligence, and neural networks, and provide guidance to teams. * Lead the initiatives for continuous improvement and standardization of the distribution automation solution, in a context of change focused on operating expense reduction and operational efficiency. * Research, cost justify, specificity and negotiate the purchase of distribution center equipment and machinery * Design, order, schedule, balance and supervise the installation and relocation of distribution center equipment. * Develop, learn and train others in the operation of all types of distribution center equipment and processes. * Monitor and oversee compliance with all new and existing equipment and enforce all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO). Shut down any equipment that may pose a safety risk. * Continually update distribution center teams on new technologies, new equipment, and new automation processes that improve distribution center operations. * Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures related to all distribution center equipment. Contribute ideas for improvements in all areas using appropriate means of communication. * Work with facilities and plant engineering on facility layouts. * Make employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc. * Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area's goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to. * Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities. * Audit, maintain and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate. * Communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities. * Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials. * Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
