Egencia Corporate Travel Center services both domestic and international reservations. The individuals chosen for this position will have a passion for the travel industry, be self-motivated, articulate, with strong interpersonal skills all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

What you'll do

  • Arranging/booking travel including: air, rail, hotel, car and alternate ground transportation

  • Promote and maintain excellent client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response with positive telephone and service techniques

  • Actively recommend to clients efficient and alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking class, exchange rates and travel products/services

  • Research and solve any problems related to reservations

  • Prepare thorough trip itineraries as requested by individual travelers using preferred vendors

  • Act as the first point of contact for the client regarding all travel related inquiries

  • Effectively manage resources and workflow to ensure service guidelines are met and maintained

  • Demonstrates a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications

Who you are

  • You have direct experience in the travel/hospitality industry with ability to assist in all aspects of arranging/booking travel

  • You are proficient with Sabre GDS systems (ability to read, define and apply fare rules, taxes and hub utilization)

  • You can effectively use all computer systems and tools to ensure consistency and adherence to processes and procedures

  • You have a team first mentality and can collaborate in a diverse and multicultural environment

  • You are capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking while maintaining exemplary detail accuracy under pressure

  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-pace/high-volume work environment

  • You consistently provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism

  • You have a high level of productivity and are able to work efficiently combined with creative problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work any shift M-F between 7:45am 6pm PST

VIEW JOBS 11/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-06T00:00 AT&T Cybersecurity Consulting is a division of AT&T (a Fortune Global Top 10 company) and is looking for a senior information security practitioner with technical experience for the position of a Senior Consultant located in the North Eastern US to be a part of a dynamic team of experienced security professionals with varied experiences. Candidate must be skilled in Secure Infrastructure Services, Incident Response and Forensic, such as secure network architecture design, implementation, device configuration review, and secure architecture reviews, security operations design and implementation. Strong understanding and experience in Cloud security solutions, and next gen firewalling vendors such as Palo Alto and Fortinet a must. Prior experience performing hands-on incident response and forensic investigations is also preferred. AT&T Cybersecurity Consulting clients range from some of the largest companies in the world to small businesses requiring security consulting expertise. Job Duties: Key functions of this role will be to work on network security, architecture and security operations trusted advisor engagements for our customers involving segmentation and optimization, detailed assessment and next-generation design recommendations, SOC design & implementation, and incident response. Manual and automated configuration analysis for security weaknesses in firewalls, routers, switches, servers (Windows, Unix/Linux), IDS/IDP, Databases, and other platforms as well as VoIP infrastructures will also be preferred. In addition, hands experience and solid knowledge of next gen firewall vendors and solutions. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in network security consulting and will have an understanding of network level risk assessments with the ability to write objective, detailed reports explaining security issues. A background in Network Architecture, Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Technical knowledge and experience with security assessment tools such as Tenable Nessus, Nipper, as well as scripting (Python, PHP, & Perl, Powershell, R, Hive, Pig) will be given preference. Successful candidates will also have extensive experience using penetration testing and exploitation frameworks/platforms such as Kali linux, Cobalt Strike, MetaSploit, Veil Framework and others.
