Corporate Total Rewards Summer Intern
Support the Compensation and Executive Compensation teams on various programs, processes, and projects. Support the stock administration function regarding initiating stock grants, vesting activities, cancellations, and forfeitures. Support the development and dissemination of employee communications regarding annual bonus payments and stock transactions. Assist with participating in surveys and conducting market pricing activities. Perform data analytics and research prevailing practices regarding compensation.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with data analytics
Experience with completing research
Rising senior scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in December 2019 or May or June 2020
