You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying and hiring top-notch technical professionals. Essential Functions 1.

Work closely with technical hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical requirements of each job, team dynamics, and organizational goals. 2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a pipeline of qualified technical candidates. 3. Conduct thorough interviews and technical skills assessments (ie: coding proficiency) to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers. 4. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. 5. Contribute to the development and promotion of the companys employer brand, highlighting the organizations culture, values, and commitment to professional growth. 6.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and overall hiring process efficiency. Provide regular reports to management. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Education Bachelors Degree required Work Experience 3 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter required Strong understanding of technical roles, skills and industry trends. required Recruiting experience during transformation to AGILE Principles, SAFe Framework required Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. required Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. required Extensive experience in souring using SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Physical Exertion Details Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Travel Requirement Details Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less). About CoBank The typical base pay range for this role is between $86,961 - $120,919. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
