We are looking to hire a Corporate Strategy Programs Manager to support the execution of various strategic initiatives the Company has identified to allow the company to grow, become more efficient, and increase overall company performance. As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with business leadership and other stakeholders (in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure critical business initiatives are executed on schedule and effectively.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Partner with team leadership on multiple concurrent projects for top leaders of the company.
Create clarity by combining business judgement with technical understanding to structure the problem and provide a data-driven view.
Create frameworks and strategic approaches to tackle complex problems.
Build consensus and effectively influence mid-level and senior level stakeholders.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or services, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Develop financial models using Excel and/or Power BI.
Collaborate and consult with members of the business and leaders to drive strategic initiative.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience required. MBA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in a similar role in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, investment banking, product management, or similar.
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. The candidate will be an effective communicator with the ability to multitask while remaining attentive to detail and a team player that is able to switch roles at a moment's notice.
Successful candidates will be intellectually curious individuals who work well in teams, eager to learn, and can maintain high levels of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience structuring and solving ambiguous problems. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with general business/financial/accounting concepts.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and/or other data modelling/visualization software packages.
Skilled with Microsoft PowerPoint - Ability to creatively synthesize quantitative data output into compelling, qualitative presentation materials.

Other Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience leading and executing projects at a consulting firm or corporate development team; prior experience in a role with heavy experience related to project management, finance & accounting, and/or operations preferred.
Experience in the energy, aerospace, or other industrial market in an operations background (e.g., manufacturing or field services operations).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
