General Corporate Strategy: Collaborate with brand and enterprise function leadership on key strategic initiatives, such as execution of annual strategic planning, development of long-term brand strategies, and assessment of other opportunities (e.g., market-entry, industry disruption, technology investments, business model innovation, etc.)
Innovation: Identify and evaluate potential business innovation ideas and efforts; conduct analysis and perform research to support business cases and prioritization of opportunities
Partnership and Collaboration: Surface growth and improvement opportunities by listening for, connecting, and synthesizing ideas across audiences; work together across audiences to develop and execute plans
High proficiency with financial and/or data modeling (structuring and building models as well as evaluating results and providing recommendations)
Project Management: Create, structure, and oversee key initiatives to ensure application of Corporate Strategy team's approach and rigor
M&A and Inorganic Growth: Support further development of M&A strategy, identify and screen potential acquisition targets, execute formal due diligence, and plan / manage integration
Knowledge of data, data modeling, data structures, SQL, etc. preferred but not required
Go To Foods is looking to hire an Analyst for its Corporate Strategy team to help us evaluate high-impact growth opportunities for our portfolio of brands. The Corporate Strategy team reports to the CFO and works closely with Go To Foods' executives and brand leadership to identify, plan, and execute pivotal initiatives across the company. Leveraging expertise in critical thinking and analysis, the team offers thought leadership and quantitative insights on the most critical matters facing the business.
The Analyst position will assist in developing strategic recommendations informed by complex analyses, research, and input from senior management. This role requires an individual who is a "Jack of All Trades," and comfortable with taking on ambiguity and distilling into structured approaches and frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker who is a strong team player, has excellent analytical and communication skills, and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role (investment banking, top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or other corporate strategy experience is required)
Experience managing primary and/or secondary research, and translating data into structured strategic recommendations and business cases
Proficiency in financial / data analysis, data modeling, and/or forecasting
Demonstrated experience partnering with C-Suite to develop presentations for executive-level audiences
Excellent project management capabilities and ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous initiatives
High-level of comfort with ambiguity
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
